Delivery Times: We ship out cakes Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are delivered to your door between 2-3 business days. We require at least 3 days to prepare your custom cake order. Please select a ship out date of at least 5 business days prior to the day you would like to serve to ensure your cake will arrive before needed. Please follow included storage instructions upon receiving.

Or if you're near one of our bakeries, order two days in advance to make sure you get exactly what you want, although we normally have cakes available for same day pick up if your pup isn't picky!

YES! We ship our birthday cakes for dogs throughout the USA. The tiered cake is the only cake that is only available for in store pick up.
Are the cakes safe for dogs?

Yes! We’ve been baking for dogs for almost two decades and only use ingredients that are 100% safe for dogs. Check out the ingredients here
What size cake should I buy?

Of course it depends on the size and appetite of the dog, and how many doggie guests will be present. Generally speaking

  • CIRCLE & HEART CAKE - If your dog is the only dog at the party (or there are only 2-3 small dogs), then the circle or heart shaped dog birthday cake will be more than enough.
  • BONE CAKE - If there are going to be more than 3 larger dogs, then we recommend the bone shaped cake.
  • TIERED CAKE - If there are more than 6 dogs, the tiered cake is the best choice.
How much cake should I feed my dog?

Even though our dog birthday cake is healthy, it's still a treat and it's something your dog isn't used to eating, so feed small portions and in moderation based on the size and weight of your dog so you don't get any unwanted surprises! Our cakes should not be consumed in one sitting by any sized dog!

Yes & Yes. We have both recipes available. You can choose a wheat free or grain free dog birthday cake.
How should I store the cake?

»Serving the cake within 1 - 7 days of receiving: Please store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
» Serving the cake within 7 - 30 days of receiving: Please store in the freezer for up to 30 days. Defrost in the fridge overnight or on the counter for 1 - 2 hours prior to serving. Should be served at room temperature.

Cakes should be stored in an air tight container to ensure freshness.
How far in advance do I need to order my dog's cake?

Shipping: If we are shipping the cake to you, then order at least 7 days in advance. Please select a ship by date at least 3 days prior to your celebration day.

IN STORE PICK UP- Order 2 days in advance to ensure you get exactly what you want. However, we often have cakes ready for immediate pick up. Call a store location to check what is available that day!

Yes! We sell dog party hats, dog birthday banners, candles, birthday toys and more both in store and online.

Does the cake come frozen or refrigerated?

SHIPPING - The cake is shelf stable while in delivery however we recommend refrigerating or freezing upon receiving.

IN STORE PICK UP - The cake comes frozen, so allow at least an hour for it to thaw before serving.
Does the cake need to be refrigerated?

Yes, we recommend refrigerating or freezing the cakes upon receiving. However, they will remain shelf stable in transit and delivery at room temperature.
